"twothousand9" has five training modules covering topics including successful sales, how to manage dealer and customer relationships, plus creating effective mailing and how to ensure productive telephone contact. The first module was rolled out in 2007 with very positive feedback from the sales force. All the modules will be completed this year. As well as training, a sales force needs great new products.
